--CONDITION :条件:

•Test must be done on garment made on bulk material.

测试用样衣必须使用大货面辅料。

•Degree: samples must be washed, same temperature as the care label

indications.

温度：参照大货衣服洗水唛洗水指引。

•Soap powder allowed : OMO, GAMA, ARIEL

建议使用洗涤剂：奥妙，佳美。

•Qty to wash Test: 0,2 % of the order. At least in each color and several sizes (at

least : smaller, middle, bigger size). 数量：订单的0.2%，至少每色多码

•Take this pcs at random in closed cartons. 随意在成品箱中抽取

--WASHING WAY : 洗水方法：

1). Measurement 尺寸

2).White indicator 白色参照物

3).Washing machine 洗衣机

4).Drying 烘

5).Shrinkage 缩率

6).Twist 扭度

7). Application (print embroidery…), accessories (pearl, brooch, supplies…)

8). Color (Bleeding) 沾/掉色

9).Making (General quality) 做工

10).Washing card 洗水吊牌

11).Issue 问题

Reminding: 0% critical defectives pcs are allowed on all orders. In case there is only one pcs with one critical defect, all

the orders are rejected.

提醒：所有货物中不允许出现危险性的疵点，只要在货物中发现有一个危险性的疵点，整批货将被拒收。

l 下午1:00pm~1:40pm     PACKING INSTRUCTION包装指导

•Make sure that all your manufacturing partners put immediately this contractual document

into operation. 确定所有生产商立即将此合约付诸实践。

•The goods are packed under the supplier’s responsibility. 供应商对产品的包装负责。

•The suppliers will be charged for the additional costs involved by the none-respect of the

instructions. 供应商要支付因不符合此指令而产生的额外费用。

l 下午1:40pm~2:20pm     Generic Inspection Standard基本验货标准

Adult inspection standard成人装的验货标准

• To engage the vendor factory to improve their quality management system
